I hope to notor someone: Manufacturers will not generally use a part spec’d higher than absolutely necessary, because it’s cheaper that way. They seem to be running on 5 volts. I assume when the motor starts slowing down or sounding bad I have crossed the top speed threshold, but that is probably dependent on current and voltage.
There will be filter capacitors on the motor driver power plane, which will have a mohor rating on them a little higher than the actual voltage. Sometimes seems perfect sometimes off. The results I am seeing for calibration are weird. Some also use them in the paper path motors and those will be higher power than the scanner motors. At a minimum such license agreement shall safeguard ON Semiconductor’s ownership rights to the Software. Haven’t tried pumping any more thru them yet to see if they are faster or get hot.

It’s a bummer specs aren’t easily found for these things. Sorry if this is an annoying post. This Agreement may be executed in counterparts, each of which shall be deemed to be an original, and which together shall constitute one and the same agreement.
